Google Career Certificates wanted to make their YouTube channel the go-to destination for job advice. But it can be hard to know what to look for when you don't even know what's out there. By highlighting a day in the life of real world Google Career Certificate graduates – with a bit of a YouTube twist – we aimed to educate, empower and entertain.
We sent popular YouTube creator Aaron Burriss (and sometimes his wife Veronica Merrell-Burriss) all around the country to meet various graduates and get a sense of their day-to-day careers. Engineered to walk the line between entertainment and education, each episode mixes interviews and simple games to help the audience gain a basic understanding of the wide range of job roles in the tech sector and beyond.
