Especially when they are for a rad client, like Mailchimp. To help promote their new suite of online business tools, we combined table-top photography with colorful UI and hand-drawn illustrations.
To give each film its own flair, we focused narratives on some awfully fun fake businesses called Big Mood Spa and Metal Lotus - a heavy metal Yoga Studio, naturally. Custom music and a brand jingle elevated each piece, as well keeping the Mailchimpy-ness front and center the whole time. Yes. That is now a word.
