America’s National Parks turned 100. So we celebrated with Google and Stink Digital.
After weeks of creative development, planning, and testing multiple camera rigs, Director/DP ADAM hit the road with Google and Stink Digital to create all the content for this immersive digital experience. Ghost Robot handled the production logistics including travel, sourcing guides, and interfacing with the National Parks Department.
The team visited 6 parks in 5 weeks, logging 7,000+ miles in the process. They slept in a bus, on a boat, and in a trailer park. They rode horses, hiked a glacier, peered inside an active volcano, and went swimming with some fish.

The final project was released on the eve of the Centennial celebration. See the final digital experience, here. It was featured on Creativity and was named an FWA and Awwwards site of the day. Custom NPS Google Cardboards are making their way around classrooms across the US, inspiring students to learn more about our National Parks.
