Isaiah met Caleb, the lead singer of Seventeen Evergreen when he worked at a video rental store in San Francisco. They began collaborating, and Isaiah made the cover for Caleb's new album.
When asked to do a video, Isaiah and Sean immediately thought of Ferro Fluid, a magnetic liquid they had found videos of online. Using ferro fluid, electromagnets, and a photron camera, they shot plates of the fluid reacting to the magnets.
They composited that material with live action footage shot with sheets, pantyhose and vanilla pudding and set it all in an intricate digital matte.
